What is an agile consultant and what do they do?

An agile consultant specialises in implementing and optimising business Agility practices within organisations. They help businesses improve efficiency, enhance collaboration, and deliver high-quality products or services to customers in a more consistent, predictable and effective way.

As a consultant I have extensive case studies across many different organisations and sectors including FMCG, Finance, Retail, Government, Space & Publishing.
